3. CONDITIONAL PLACEMENT GUARANTEE (WEBSITE DISCLAIMER)

Some programs may include a Conditional Placement Guarantee governed by a separate Program Agreement.
Website browsing, inquiries, or free resources do not constitute enrollment and do not activate any guarantee.

Placement outcomes depend on:

4. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USE

This licence is limited to purposes reasonably necessary to provide our services and does not transfer ownership of your content to the Company.

5.4 Content Review & Removal

Beyond Intern reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:

  • Review, verify, or request clarification of submitted content
  • Remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for submission of false, unlawful, or harmful content

 6. FEES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

6.1 Nature of Fees

All fees charged by Beyond Intern are solely for training, educational content, mentoring, skill development, and knowledge enhancement services provided under the selected program.

Fees are not charged for job or internship placement itself. Any placement assistance, employer connections, or opportunities provided are complimentary support services linked to the training program and do not constitute a paid recruitment service.

6.2 Payment Obligation

By enrolling in a paid program, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees in full and on time
  • Follow the agreed payment schedule (if instalments are offered)
  • Provide accurate billing details
  • Bear any applicable taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services, including access to training, materials, and placement support.

6.3 Non-Refundable Nature of Training Fees

As fees relate to training and knowledge services, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing.

No refund shall be provided for:

  • Change of mind after enrolment
  • Failure to attend or complete training
  • Lack of participation or performance
  • Rejection by employer or placement outcome
  • Personal circumstances or withdrawal

Any refund (if applicable) shall be governed by the separate Refund Policy and subject to review.

6.4 Instalments & Late Payments

Where instalment payments are allowed:

  • Payments must be made by the agreed due dates
  • Late or missed payments may lead to restricted access, suspension, or cancellation
  • The Company reserves the right to withdraw instalment plans and demand full outstanding balance

6.5 Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted via approved methods such as:

Beyond Intern does not store full card details and uses secure payment processors where applicable.

6.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds:

  • You may be liable for administrative and recovery costs
  • The Company reserves the right to pursue legal recovery of outstanding amounts

6.7 Pricing Changes

Beyond Intern reserves the right to modify program fees at any time. Changes will not affect users who have already completed payment for their enrolled program.

6.8 No Employment Fee Representation

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are paying only for training and educational services
  • Beyond Intern does not charge recruitment or placement fees
  • Payment does not guarantee employment, internship, salary, or employer selection

6.9 Taxes & Compliance (UK)

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership of Content

All content available on this Website and within Beyond Intern programs—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand name, text, graphics, designs, layouts, software, databases, training materials, videos, course content, documents, templates, presentations, study materials, assessments, program structure, and proprietary methods (collectively, “Company Content”)—is the exclusive property of Beyond Intern or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you by accessing or using the Website or services.
